Returns Policy
If you need to return a part, your return request needs to be received no later than 14 days from the day your package was delivered.
Please contact us if you need to return a part. A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please- do not send your return back without an RMA. If any items are returned to the dealer without an RMA, a refund will NOT be processed. The transaction will appear as on your bank statement as "Winnstowe LLC"
ALL PARTS must be resalable and in the original packaging.
All special order parts will incur a 20% restocking fee. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. Upon receipt the item will be inspected by our staff. We cannot accept returns of parts that show signs of installation or damage. RX-7, RX-8, 323, 626, MPV, MX-3, MX-6, Protégé, Protégé 5, Millenia and any B series Truck parts are NOT returnable. ---------- Electrical parts are not returnable ---------------
We are not responsible for incorrectly ordered parts, installation errors, and/or any added expenses due to a part incorrectly installed.
Defective Item- Buyer's must contact Mazda Parts Factor to advise of a damaged or defective part.
Cancellation Policy
Any regularly stocked parts may be cancelled up until the time it is shipped and no longer in our possession. If the cancelled part was special ordered from the manufacturer, a return fee of 20% will apply. Mazda charges us when we return 'special orders' and we will pass that cost on to you. The easiest way to avoid this situation is to be certain that the part you order is in fact the part you need. We will be glad to help you identify the correct part.
